Personal Mailing Address – Once you sign up with USAFWD, your mailing address is free!

- Parcel Receiving & Forwarding - We receive your parcel to your mailbox and store it securely until your package is ready to be shipped to the address you provide (shipping fees apply).

Handling fee of $5.00 is applied per package received for the first 30 days.

Storage fee of $5.00 will be applied for each additional 30 days.

-Buy for Me Service – If you are unable to purchase products online because the US Retailers do not accept your form of payment, we can purchase for you, have it delivered to your mailbox, and shipped out to you

o a 5% purchasing fee will be applied per purchase.

The handling fee is for all work rendered from when your package is received to our warehouse and shipped out to you from our warehouse. We also incorporate packaging supplies and security to make sure your package gets to you safely.

- Commercial invoices will be prefilled for you. You would have to view it online to confirm the information is correct.

You are responsible for all custom and duty charges

You are also responsible to know the legal import regulations to your country

- Yes, but first you have to provide notarized 1583 form and two copies of ID if you want to receive mail.

- As soon as you complete you registration, we will assign a customer number to you. Any parcel that arrives with your customer number, will be uploaded to your account online with pictures and details.

- If our warehouse registered your package and lost it, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you. If we did not register your package, then a claim with the carrier has to be filed (see below question for filing a claim).

For any lost or damaged packages, please notify us and we will process a claim for you

Pictures (for damaged claims only)

- We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Western Union, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Union Pay, and wire transfer.

- We charge an initial $5.00 handling fee per package received for the first 30 days. A storage fee of $5.00 will apply for each additional 30 days.

- No, the name on the payment method must match that on the USAFWD account. Accounts will be closed if credit card or bank issues arise. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity.

- Email customer support with your name and mailbox number. The email should come from the same email address as on your USAFWD account.
